PRINKMAKING: Tetrapak for Beginners
This taster workshop will introduce you to the sustainable, intaglio print process of Tetra Pak, using recycled packaging.
Tetra Pak is a simple but effective printmaking process –a great technique for those who love trying out creative techniques.
Students learn to cut, score, and peel the carton's surface to make lines and tones, experimenting with techniques like layering colours and using an etching press.

Printmaking: Block Printing on Fabric
During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to carve your own unique design into a linoleum block. This personalised block will serve as the basis for developing your own pattern repeat. Additionally, I will provide a selection of Indian carved wooden blocks, which you are welcome to use alongside your own creations. The workshop encourages experimentation with various methods for creating repeating patterns. You will practise and refine your design on paper before block printing your final pattern on a piece of fabric
